Extremely convenient and exceptional hotel, we appreciated it.

Fairly clean hotel with a modern design and marvellous views, it has a premier location close to Wintrust Arena, and the car show. One of the advantages - brand-new and nicely furnished rooms; they included shampoo and a soap.

The room was comfy, with a view.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a lovely place for staying in Chicago.

The room was perfect with air conditioning, a minibar, and a private bathroom. Had free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a laptop safe. The views of the lake were fine, especially at sunset. The fitness center and indoor pool were awesome. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and organic juices.

All of the staff was accommodating and immensely pleasant.

Low soundproofing and expensive

The lake view was great and in the evening there was even a firework what we have seen from the room. The staff was courteous. The small roof terrace was nice too.

There's not much going on around. No restaurant, no supermarket, etc. You have to take the bus or the metro to get to the city. With a car you have to pay high parking costs.

I loved the spacious corner king room with a fine view of the lake, and the bar was perfect.

Water dispenser at the reception, enough lifts, therefore hardly any waiting times. Clean, big room. After recommended upgrade very good view over the city and lake. Bicycle rental and bus stop almost in front of the door. Fitness area and swimming pool clean and not overcrowded.

Breakfast could have been cheaper and/or more varied.

The view from the 24 floor was simply incredible. Comfortable bed and clean rooms.

The view depends strongly on the weather, every now and then it was so foggy that you could not see the neighbouring house. In addition to the room booking there was a parking fee.

Great place with great amenities like wi-fi, a fitness center, and a bar area. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost id card during my first stay. They are always friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend the indoor swimming pool for relaxation. I'm coming back for a city break!

Great and very well equipped room on the 24th floor with a wonderful view over the city, if possible choose rooms on the upper floors because of the fantastic view over the city and wonderful panorama.

Unfortunately no breakfast buffet was offered.

Great hotel, great view from the 15th floor to the city and Lake Michigan.

Multi-storey car park is expensive, outdoor parking hardly possible and slow breakfast service. You should bring a lot of time with you, after 45 minutes sit and wait you get the first slice of bread served...
